Located in the luxurious Château Beach Residences in Sunny Isles, Florida, this 4,500-square-foot condo was transformed by our design team into a warm and refined modern chateau residence. Designed for a couple entering a new life stage, the space blends high-end contemporary architecture with soft, layered interiors that offer both elegance and comfort.

Our design concept, ‘Illusions on the Horizon,’ was inspired by the ocean views and natural light. We established a neutral color palette with tones such as taupes, soft grays, and warm browns to reflect the coastal surroundings without distracting from them. Reflective surfaces like glass, marble, and mirror enhance the light and openness, while natural materials such as distressed wood and stone add warmth and texture.

Linear elements and floating furnishings were used to subtly echo the horizon and create a sense of calm movement throughout the home. Additionally, custom millwork and thoughtful material contrasts elevate the overall interior design while maintaining functionality.

This project is a clear example of thoughtful, full-service interior design in Sunny Isles, a sophisticated retreat tailored to its setting and the lifestyle of its residents.
